Delicious Chicken Congee Recipe:
Ingredients:
Bone-in Chicken Breasts 2 pieces (about 3 pounds)
Sushi Rice 1.5 cups
Water 11 cups (10 cups for LC pots) ; some (for soaking rice)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon (for rice) ; 2.5 teaspoons (for chicken)
White Pepper Powder 1/8 teaspoon
Ginger Powder 1/8 teaspoon
Green Onion (Chopped) 3/4 cups
Cookware:
Le Creuset 4.5 Quarts Round Oven
Steps:
5. Add 3 tablespoons green onion and stir well, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some green onion for garnish and serve.

啲粥煲得好靚喎! 我想問妳用LC煲來煲粥, 有沒有滾瀉.
[版主回覆03/02/2013 11:48:30]多謝Hello Kitty.LC煲頭幾次都滾瀉,因為未掌握到火力大小.我試過後發現,用一個稍大的LC煲去煲會較難滾瀉.
如果用剛剛好的LC煲,就煲滾水加米後,等 它翻滾後調低至中小火(甚至極小火),應該見到鍋粥滾起,但不是大滾,就可以蓋上讓其繼續煮,時間長一點,但綿一點.大一點的煲煮得快一點,粥會爆得快一點.
知道了,我也想試用, 多謝解笞.
