Kettle Popcorn Recipe:
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Popcorn kernel 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Cookware: 1 Large pot
1. In a large pot, add vegetable oil and 1 kernel, cover with lid and heat it up on medium high heat.
2. Wait until the kernel popped, add all kernels and sugar then cover with lid. Wear a pair of oven mittens, move the pot around non-stop, kernels will start popping quickly.Turn the heat off when the popping slow way down (most kernels are popped).
3. Add salt, put on lid and shake the pot until mix well. Enjoy your kettle popcorn.
