Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe (Serve 6)

Macaroni (cooked)       1 pound
Extra Virgin Olive Oil                3 tablespoons             

Canned Tuna (in water)           12 ounces
Celery (cut V shape)                1/2 head (about 6-7 stalks)    
Carrots (peeled, sliced)            4 sticks
Mayonnaise                               adjust to taste

1. Cook and strain macaroni, add olive oil and mix well. Cool all the way in room temperature, then place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

2. Stain canned tuna. Add celery and carrots and mix well, place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. In a small bowl, add macaroni, tuna salad and mayonnaise, stir well and serve.

Tip: Add mayonnaise just before serving, it will keep the vegetables fresher and crisper.
Little one can help mix the ingredients together, they enjoy making the food and even more when they eat it.
