在美國,三文治配的不是奶茶咖啡,而是薯條,薯片或酸瓜.肥仔老公最愛三文治,我們一家也很喜歡吃薯條,所以老公特別買了Börner V形切割器用來自製薯條薯片,不用每次都切到手軟.這個切割器真的很方便好用,不消一會就將馬聆薯切到每條一樣大小,很後悔沒有早早買它回家.
肥仔爸爸和小公主從未試過shake shake薯條,趁著有新工具幫忙,媽媽試造了2款不同口味的薯條,試過幾次炸薯條後,更找出脆脆薯條的小秘訣,即使冷卻後還是脆脆的.
Shake Shake薯條食譜:
紫菜調味粉材料:
壽司紫菜 1塊
幼鹽 1茶匙
製法:
1. 將紫菜撕成小塊,放入食物處理器攪碎.加入鹽拌勻即可.
(小貼士: 可隨個人口味加減幼鹽. )
辣味蒜香粉材料:
辣椒粉 1/4茶匙
蒜蓉粉 2湯匙
鹽 1湯匙
小貼士: 隨個人口味加減辣粉和鹽的份量.
製法:
1. 將所有材料混合即可.
炸薯條材料:
馬聆薯 3磅
水 一大鍋
鹽 少量
花生油 適量
製法:
1. 燒滾一大鍋熱水.等候期間,將馬聆薯去皮切幼條,約1/4吋粗.
2. 將薯條放入滾水中煮四分鐘(測試:叉子可以輕易插入薯條,但外邊仍然硬身).
3. 將薯條放在墊了毛巾或廚房紙的幾個焗盤上晾乾.(小貼士:薯條表面越乾身,炸後會越脆)
4. 在深鍋中注入花生油,加熱至華氏350度.將薯條分成數份,炸4分鐘,或直至表面呈金黄色.(小貼士:熱油的泡泡開始消失就差不多炸好)
注意: Shake shake薯條跳到步驟7
5. 將薯條撈起放在廚房紙上,立即灑上適量的鹽調味.(小貼士: 在薯條表面的油會有助鹽黏在薯條上)
6. 原味薯條,可以享用啦!
7. 將薯條放入紙袋中,加入適量調味粉,封好紙袋搖勻,即成.
