Creamy Sweet Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Fresh Corns on the cob
Water (2 inches deep in pot)
Corn Water (reserved from corns boiled water)
Cookwares:
Vitamix Blender (or any blender)
Wolfgang Puck 6 quarts stock pot
Lodge Cast Iron Pan
Steps:
1. Place corns and water in stock pot, cover with lid and heat until boil. Cook for 15 minutes. (Pic 1)
2. Remove corn from water, grill or sear corn on cast iron grill or pan. (Pic 2)
3. Cut kernels off the cobs, add cobs back into water and let it continue to simmer. (Pic 3)
4. Add most of the corn kernels and 3 cups of corn water into Vitamix (or any blender), switch on and turn up the speed from 1 to 10, then switch to high for 2 minutes, turn off. (Pic 4)
5. Pour soup into bowl and garnish with the reserved corn kernels. (Pic 5)
