惹味茄汁蝦食譜

媽媽病到傻傻地,腦部運作失常,交由肥仔爸爸決定晚飯菜色.小公主們想吃飯,爸爸則突然想吃媽媽的招牌小菜 – 惹味茄汁大蝦.媽媽看到雪櫃裏的粟米和椰菜,就把2種蔬菜炒埋一碟,簡簡單單家常便飯,由洗米至開飯,25分鐘內搞定.

惹味茄汁蝦食譜

材料:
初榨橄欖油    1湯匙
大蝦                1磅
蒜蓉                1湯匙
米醋                1.5茶匙
茄汁                1/2杯
砂糖                1/2茶匙
葱花                裝飾用

做法:

1. 大蝦去頭去腸,洗淨瀝乾備用.

2. 在平底鑊中,以中火燒熱橄欖油,加入茄汁,米醋和砂糖煮1分鐘(注意:小心彈油),再加入蒜蓉拌勻.

3. 煮至汁濃後,加入大蝦炒至每隻蝦沾滿茄汁.

4. 將大蝦平均舖滿平底鑊,煮2分鐘.

5. 反轉蝦身再煮1分鐘,立即離熱.

6. 灑上葱花裝飾,即可享用.

    very simple to cook, although deveining shrimps takes a little time
